Ruann Pittman, DVM

Dr. Ruann Pittman

Dr. Ruann Pittman is the founder of Loop 363 Animal Hospital. A native of Fort Worth, she attended Texas A&M University as an undergraduate where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science in 1976. She was then accepted to the competitive veterinary program at Texas A&M University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1980 with a Doctorate Degree in Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Pittman’s interest in general medicine assisted in her decision to build and open Loop 363 Animal Hospital in 1997 where she could focus on general veterinary care in a warm and caring environment. Fostering quality relationships with clients and their pets has always been her main goal.

Dr. Pittman shares her home with two canine companions, a Lab named Monte and a Rottweiler named Samantha. She and her husband Steve enjoy taking their dogs camping. They also enjoy hiking, jogging and trail riding. The Pittmans have three sons, all of whom are married, and four grandsons and one granddaughter.
